Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer various shipping options based on your location and the size of your order:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over a certain amount (e.g., Rs. 5,000).

Note: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Local Delivery & Pickup

For customers located in Faisalabad, we may offer faster local delivery options or a free pickup point. Please select the "Local Pickup" or "Local Delivery" option at checkout if available.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that many carriers have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical street address to ensure a smooth delivery process.

6. Damages & Issues

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
